The surroundings had potential, but unfortunately, the poor lighting and uncomfortable outdoor seating area left a lot to be desired. the furniture in the rooms was good, and the gym and locker rooms were clean and well-organized. the staff were also generally pleasant and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay.
The check-in process was quite chaotic with several conference groups, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hot springs and gym were great! I loved how clean and well-maintained the facilities were, and the staff was very welcoming. the location was perfect, close to all the conference venues, and the furniture in the room was just perfect for a business trip.
Check-in was very noisy and confusing since there were many conference groups staying at the hotel at the same time. the lighting in some areas was poor, making it hard to navigate to my room.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that exceeded all my expectations! the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, and the massages were tailored to my specific needs. the exclusive amenities were impressive, and the staff made sure no detail was overlooked. the indoor swimming pool was the perfect spot for a refreshing dip, and the sauna guaranteed a deep relaxation. The entertainment options provided were diverse , with live performances and special dinner menus , and the BBQ facilities and snacks available were perfect for a day in the sun. Cons: the only minor issue I had during my stay here was that the outdoor swimming pool was closed due to maintenance. considering the excellent quality of the indoor facilities, including the Jacuzzi and the sun terrace, I did not really miss having access to an outdoor pool.

The location was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the room was clean and spacious.
I had a terrible experience during my New Year stay. The outdoor seating areas were uncomfortable and the lighting in the corridor was too dim.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were great, especially the hot springs and gym. Well kept and tidy, from the rooms to the locker rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options available. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation.
